Eagle County Public Health Order

January 17, 2022

There are no current mask, gathering, capacity restrictions, or physical distancing guidelines in Eagle County. Select private businesses may request masks be worn while inside. Federal regulations also require masks when using public transportation, which includes ECO Transit and the Eagle County Regional Airport. Residents and guests are reminded that the county is still subject to any other statewide and federal public health regulations in place.

Vail Resorts Mountain Policies

Winter 2021/2022

NO RESERVATION NEEDED There is no mountain reservation system this season to ski or snowboard. Lifts and gondolas at load at normal capacity, optimizing
guest movement around our resorts.

FACE COVERINGS will be required in indoor settings, including in gondolas, restaurants, lodging properties, restrooms, retail and rental locations, and on buses. Face coverings will not be required outdoors or on chairlifts, but are required in gondolas. Your face covering must remain on for the entire gondola ride, so please refrain from eating and drinking in the gondola.

ON MOUNTAIN DINING Guests ages 12 and over will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to dine at indoor, on-mountain quick-service (cafeteria-style) restaurants. Guests will be required to book a reservation to eat at many of the on-mountain restaurants using the Time to Dine reservation service.

Cleaning Policies

Our in-house, professionally trained housekeeping teams are well versed in the highest standards of cleaning. Our housekeeping organization monitors industry best practices and provides ongoing training in the latest techniques to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness with products and processes.

Employees: East West Hospitality has mandated all employees be vaccinated as of November 22, 2021.

Products Effectiveness: When cleaning both common areas and residences, our housekeepers use high-quality products ensuring effectiveness.

Surface Areas: High-touch surfaces are being cleaned with increased frequency. These include elevator buttons and panels, door handles, remote controls or touch screens, countertops, and shared lobby spaces.

Common Areas: Our team is rearranging furniture in gathering spaces to promote social distancing between groups of travelers. Aesthetic items in our lobbies, such as decorative pillows on furniture may have gone away in favor of a cleaner environment.

Residences: Each residence undergoes our rigorous multi-point inspection process to ensure consistency in the procedure. In our residences, you may see that throw-pillows and accent pillows have been removed. We have changed to either triple sheet or provide new, all-white duvet covers which will be removed and washed between each stay.

Cancellation Policy

Spring, Summer, and Fall Season (April 18 – November 18)
A deposit of one night plus tax is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

Winter Season (November 19 – December 19; January 2 – February 16; February 23 – April 17)
A deposit of one night plus tax is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

Holiday Season and President’s Week (December 20 – January 1; February 17-22)
A 50% deposit of the total room charge plus tax is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
