Rate Details

What do my rate fees cover? Rates include daily housekeeping service, Solaris Personal Assistant Team, ski storage, and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet.

What taxes apply when booking with Solaris? Applicable taxes apply, including 10.3% Vail lodging tax.

Do room night rates change? Rates and minimum nights apply and are subject to change.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter*

What does the Initial Deposit cover? Equal to one night’s lodging, plus tax, due at the time of booking.

When is the Final Payment due? 14 days prior to arrival.

Are there cancellation restrictions? Cancellations made PRIOR to Final Payment will be charged a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellations made AFTER the Final Payment are non-refundable.

What does the Initial Deposit cover? 50% of the total room charge, including tax, is due at the time of booking.

When is the Final Payment due? 30-days prior to arrival.

Are there cancellation restrictions? Cancellations made PRIOR to Final Payment will forfeit the Initial Deposit. Cancellations made AFTER the Final Payment are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

Does Solaris offer travel insurance? Even the best-planned trip can be impacted by the unexpected, forcing you to cancel or interrupt your trip, lose your vacation investment and incur unplanned expenses. Parking

Does Solaris have guest parking? Solaris offers heated, underground parking. Guests of Solaris receive an overnight parking rate of $60 per vehicle/per night. Subject to change.

Pets

Are pets allowed at Solaris? Pets are not permitted at Solaris.

Can I ship my skis? You are welcome to ship your skis or snowboard gear to us prior to your arrival using Ship Skis. Learn more here >
